Payment terms:
Following online registration, full payment is required. Please note that FULL payment must be received prior to the event date. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
Cancellation/Substitution:
Provided the total fee has been paid, substitution at no extra charge up to 5 days prior to the event date is allowed. The full summit and workshop are payable and non-refundable. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, MSMW Secretariat decides to cancel or postpone this event, MSMW Secretariat is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by delegates. The fee will not be refundable but can be credited to the next MSMW edition. By signing below, the delegate agrees that in case of dispute or cancellation of this transaction that MSMW Secretariat will be able to mitigate its losses within 50% of the total value.

Important note:
While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, MSMW Secretariat reserves the right to change event dates or location or omit event features or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty. Event program content is subject to change without notice. In such situation, including but not limited to majeure occurrence, no refunds will be made. Provided the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the delegate shall receive a credit note for the amount that the delegate has paid to such permanently cancelled event, valid to be used at the next MSMW edition. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
